Electric Vehicle Charging
EVgo makes it easy to drive electric. Through our investment in EVgo, we support electric vehicle (EV) drivers whenever and wherever they choose to charge - whether at home, at work, on the road, at their apartment community or even at the airport.
Electric vehicles are quick, quiet and fun – and they demonstrate your commitment to a sustainable and clean energy future. EVgo wants to support that commitment and make it easier than ever to own an electric vehicle.
EVgo offer in-home charging stations and away-from-home stations across the United States. Their in-home chargers provide a reliable level 2 charge (240v) at an economical cost.
And The EVgo Freedom Station® sites you visit around town and around the nation are designed to support both current and future charging technology to best serve EV drivers' on-the-go charging needs regardless of what kind of electric vehicle they drive. EVgo stations support CHAdeMO and SAE CCS direct current (DC) fast charging which provides up to 150 miles of range per charge hour, as well as standard Level 2 (240v) EV charging.
EVgo DC fast chargers have already powered more than 1.25 million electric miles. The EVgo network currently provides access to hundreds of public charging sites across the United States and continues to expand nationally.
If you haven't looked at what's going on with electric vehicles lately, you're in for a pleasant surprise. Sales are growing. The industry is sparking job opportunity. EV ownership is becoming more commonplace day by day. There's an electric model to match every budget and every lifestyle, and the overall cost of EV ownership is lower than gasoline-engine cars.
A cleaner future awaits, and we can brighten it together. With EVgo, driving an electric vehicle is just as easy as driving any other car – and more affordable. The EVgo Freedom Station network is expanding and through their in-home charging solutions, you can have complete confidence that a charging station will be available when and where you need.
