    Pursuing diversity, equity, and inclusion is an ongoing effort. While there is still much to be done, we’re proud of our growth and continue to make progress through employee trainings and insightful conversations. Our annual Day of Understanding fosters development via educational speakers and curated discussions and we offer additional trainings like “Leading and Managing Inclusion” through digital platforms.
