Preparing the leaders of tomorrow — today

Now is an exciting and transformational time in our industry, and to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving world, we must be continually adding talent that is ready to evolve with it.

NRG provides a prime opportunity for students to jump in and apply their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced working environment. Students who join our team bring with them fresh ideas and energy that they are encouraged to use during their time here. In exchange, they have a chance to learn from industry leaders and gain real-world experience that will prepare them for early career success.

To find our future leaders, we actively recruit undergraduate and graduate students nationwide to fill positions across the organization.
