Jean-Carlo’s NRG journey began in 2008 when he joined the bilingual Reliant Customer Care Team. Since then, he’s held various positions including Pricing & Contracting Analyst, BDM, and Indirect Sales Manager. While developing his NRG career, Jean-Carlo earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in from University of Houston-Downtown, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from St. Thomas University. Jean-Carlo’s current focus is to build genuine lifelong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues through continuous collaboration. This native Houstonian of Mexican descent enjoys live music and the arts, international travel, following FC Barcelona and F1’s Red Bull racing team, and spending time with wife of 10 years Karen, baby daughter Milena Amaia, and Scottish Fold cat Tomas. He was a proud member of the 2016 cohort of the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Emerging Leader Institute  and continues to support their investment in Houston’s Hispanic business community.
