Manager NE Sales, NRG Business Customer Care & Retention; East Region

Sharon Dupuis has over 35 years of energy industry experience in sales and pricing. Prior to joining NRG 18 years ago, she worked with Yankee Gas and Select Energy. In her current role as Manager of Northeast Sales within NRG Business Customer Care & Retention (East Region), Sharon leads and coaches a customer-facing sales and retention team focused on driving renewals, reducing churn, and improving the end-to-end customer experience. She partners closely with the different departments within NRG to support speed to market, resolve escalations, and ensure consistent execution of sales and service processes. Sharon also monitors performance metrics, identifies process improvement opportunities, and implements best practices to strengthen customer support and maximize NRG’s book of business across the region. Sharon lives in Connecticut on a lake with her husband and enjoys boating and hosting family and friends.
