Zane Kershner currently serves as the Technical Sales Representative for the PJM Mid-Atlantic region. The Technical Sales team works with account executives to offer energy solutions to customers. Zane has 20 years of experience in the wholesale and retail energy markets, including working with some of NRG’s largest key customers to develop and implement energy procurement strategies. He came to NRG via the recent acquisition of Direct Energy, where he started in 2018. Prior to joining Direct Energy, Zane was a Wholesale Energy Trader at Talen Energy, where he was responsible for the forward hedging of the 5,500 MW gas-fired generation fleet. Zane holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, cum laude, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from DeSales University.
Keilah works with NRG Business customers across the East Coast of the United States, focusing primarily on Maryland to South Carolina. She provides a superior customer experience, equipping her clients with custom data and analysis to make informed energy decisions and take a strategic approach to commodity purchasing. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Westminster College, and has her CEP accreditation from the AEE Center.
Neal A. Fitch is the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs for NRG Energy, Inc. He leads the team responsible for wholesale regulatory matters across the Eastern electricity markets in support of NRG’s diverse generation, retail, demand response, and renewable interests. Since 2001, Neal has held regulatory roles dealing with competitive wholesale and retail market design issues across multiple markets. Neal has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from the University of Kentucky.
Dean Nicol brings over 30 years of sales, business development, and sales leadership experience in the retail energy industry to NRG, which he joined in 2018 as part of the Direct Energy acquisition. Helming the Mid-Continental Regional Broker Sales desk, he and his team collaborate with 100+ brokers, primarily in the PJM market. They focus on natural gas, electricity, and load management services. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Michigan State University, Class of 1989.
