Angela Schorr has a 32-year tenure in the energy industry. Her career spans roles at companies such as Brooklyn Union Gas, KeySpan Energy, and Direct Energy. For NRG, she serves on the Regulatory Affairs team, focusing on New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. She enjoys the relationship-building aspect of her job, working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve their energy goals. Angela holds a B.S. in Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration in Statistics from St. John’s University and resides in New York.
Karen Dieckman has over three decades experience in the energy industry. Beginning her career at Hess Corporation, she held a variety of roles including operations, sales, training and development, and marketing. Upon moving to NRG, Karen joined the Technical Sales team as the representative handling New York, New Jersey, and the mid-Atlantic regions. The Technical Sales team provides strategic commodity solutions across power and natural gas, as well as assisting customers to navigate local laws, demand response programs, and renewable energy programs. Karen holds a B.S. in Business Marketing & Decision Sciences from Miami University, and a Master’s in Business Finance from the University of New Orleans. She currently resides at the Jersey Shore with her family.
Erik Listor has spent 7 years in the energy industry, beginning his career in energy management for a building operations team, providing commercial energy procurement and demand management strategies. Currently, he serves as a Client Strategist for the eastern sales region, with a focus on NRG's New York customer portfolio. He helps customers to strategize their energy procurement and manage risk through market insights and advanced analytics. Erik is responsible for ensuring customers make the most informed decisions around their energy purchasing strategies, while providing the highest possible service experience. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Messiah College and is a Certified Energy Manager with the Association of Energy Engineers.
Al currently serves as the Senior Manager Northeast Structured Sales for NRG, overseeing a team of seven account managers and over 70 indirect reports. His team focuses on natural gas and power sales to key Northeastern C&I customers, providing customized layered energy strategies and tailored account support. He has significant expertise in pricing strategy, market intel, demand response, and renewables. Prior to joining NRG (via Direct Energy) in 2007, Al served at Hess Corporation, Select Energy, and Northeast Utilities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies with a Literature concentration from Muhlenberg College.
