For Supply customers, you have 24/7 access to monitor your account, energy usage, and more through the online account management tool. And Distributed customers can log into their online portal.

Additionally, as safety and well-being are key values at NRG, we have recently introduced additional, precautionary steps to support the health of our employees. We are providing hand sanitizers and sanitizing wipes, encouraging hand washing, and scaling back large community gatherings and sponsorships.
