Lyesha Fletcher is Vice President of C&I Transformation & Intelligence at NRG, where she leads enterprise transformation for the commercial and industrial business. She is responsible for modernizing how the organization operates across the lead-to-cash lifecycle, partnering with Commercial, Technology, Finance, and Operations leaders to improve execution, decision-making, and long-term business performance in a complex and rapidly evolving energy market. 

Over a 20-year career in the energy industry, Lyesha has built deep, end-to-end experience across pricing, marketing, revenue management, supply and trading, internal audit, client services, customer care, and large-scale business transformation. Her work is grounded in aligning enterprise capabilities with business outcomes, ensuring that change efforts are practical, measurable, and sustainable. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Information Systems, with a minor in Economics, from Rutgers University, and an MBA from New York University with concentrations in Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain Management.
