Safety Qualifications

At NRG, safety is of the utmost importance. Suppliers performing work at NRG sites, plants, or field locations must meet our safety standards to protect employees, contractors, and our communities.

To streamline and standardize this process, NRG partners with ISNetworld (ISN), a trusted third-party safety management platform. Through ISN, suppliers can demonstrate compliance with safety requirements, provide necessary documentation, and maintain the qualifications required to perform on-site work.

Suppliers may need to meet safety qualifications if they:

• Perform construction, field, or maintenance services at NRG facilities
• Bring personnel, equipment, or materials onsite
• Are engaged in any work that could impact site safety or operational risk

Note: Not all suppliers are required to register for ISN. Administrative, professional, and remote service suppliers typically do not need a safety qualification.

Suppliers required to meet safety standards can:

1. Register with ISN to create a supplier profile.
2. Upload necessary safety documentation, including:
   • Safety programs and policies
   • OSHA or regulatory records
   • Training certifications
3. Maintain current safety qualifications to remain eligible for on-site work.
